Terms and Conditions

Registration

Each user must provide accurate data during the registration process, including: first name, last name, home address, and a valid phone number.
A valid email address must be provided – it will be required to confirm purchase operations. If you do not have an email address, you can create one for free using a free service provider.
After successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
Providing false or random information (e.g., the name "rejo") will result in the account being deleted.
Users making purchases without the intention to complete them may have their accounts suspended.

Purchasing Products

Purchases can only be made according to the rules established by the site administrator.
Product prices are clearly displayed – purchasing at a different price is not possible.
Product prices and descriptions are verified during the purchasing process.
Prices do not include shipping costs – details can be found in the "Shipping Costs" section.

General Terms of Sale

A consumer is a natural person concluding an agreement unrelated to their business activity.
The buyer is any person who enters into a sales agreement with the seller.
The seller is TUNING-TEC SP. Z O.O. SP.K., ul. Wodna 14, 32-005 Niepołomice, NIP: 6793165620, REGON: 369452740, KRS: 0000717515.
The seller adheres to the Code of Good Practice (Journal of Laws 2007 No. 171, item 1206).
We recommend that products be installed in a professional workshop after checking compatibility.

Delivery and Transfer of Risk

The buyer bears the transport costs. Any transport damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Delivery times are approximate unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
In case of delays caused by the supplier, the delivery time will be extended. After 8 weeks, either party may withdraw from the agreement.
Returns are only possible after receiving written approval and if specific conditions are met (original packaging, proof of purchase, etc.).

Prices and Payment

All prices include VAT but exclude shipping, transport, or insurance costs.
Additional services may increase the final order price.

Retention of Ownership

The goods remain the property of Tuning-Tec until full payment is made.
In case of payment delay, the seller may withdraw from the agreement and request a return of the goods.

Liability

Products must be installed in accordance with applicable regulations and in professional workshops.
Incorrect installation may lead to loss of type approval or road use eligibility.

Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The personal data administrator is TUNING-TEC SP. Z O.O. SP.K., ul. Wodna 14, 32-005 Niepołomice, NIP: 6793165620.
Data is processed under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer, or withdraw consent at any time.

Right of Withdrawal (Consumer)

This section applies only to distance or off-premises contracts concluded by consumers.
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. A written form is required. A template form is available at: WITHDRAWAL FORM
The 14-day period begins from the day the product is received by the buyer or a third party other than the carrier.
If the product consists of several items, the period starts from the last item received.
The withdrawal notice must be sent before the deadline – the postmark date applies.
If the consumer withdraws from the contract, the contract is considered void.
The seller will return all payments within 14 days, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery methods chosen by the buyer).
If the seller did not propose to collect the item, they may withhold the refund until they receive the item back or proof of return shipment.
The consumer must return the item within 14 days unless the seller offers to collect it. The return deadline is met if the item is dispatched on time.
The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the item.
If the item was delivered to the consumer's home and is not returnable by post, the seller must collect it at their own cost.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in item value resulting from improper use.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts:

services fully performed with the consumer's prior consent;
contracts where the price depends on financial market fluctuations;
non-prefabricated goods made to the consumer's specifications;
perishable goods or those with a short shelf life;
sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection if unsealed;
goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
alcoholic beverages delivered after 30 days with value dependent on market fluctuations;
urgent repairs or maintenance requested by the consumer;
sealed audio/video recordings or software unsealed after delivery;
newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (excluding subscriptions);
public auction contracts;
accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure contracts with a set date;
digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance began with consumer's prior consent.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to process transactions. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing. Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and special laws apply.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.

Annex No. 1

Information on the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods or when a third party other than the carrier received them on your behalf.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., letter by post, fax, or email), including your name, address, and, if available, your phone number, fax number, and email address.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.
You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
Please return the goods to the address specified in the Terms and Conditions without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
